• Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
• You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are accurate and up to date.

5. User-Generated Content

• Detailers are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, including photos, descriptions, and contact details.
• We reserve the right to remove or modify content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Norfolk Detailers is a directory service and does not guarantee the quality, availability, or reliability of any detailer listed on the Platform.
• We are not responsible for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from interactions or agreements between detailers and customers.

7. Verification and Certification

• Sponsored or certified detailers are vetted based on submitted photos and reviews but are not guaranteed by UK Detailers.
• Customers should independently verify the suitability of a detailer for their needs.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

• Use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy.

9. Amendments

• We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England.

UK Detailers Certification Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:
   • To be eligible for the “UK Detailers Certified” badge, the detailer must have an active listing on the UK Detailers platform with a paid plan (Pro, Elite, or Prestige).
   • The detailer must have a valid and verified Facebook business page that will be reviewed for credibility.
2. Verification Process:
   • UK Detailers will verify the detailer’s Facebook business page or equivalent, ensuring it reflects a legitimate and professional business.
   • UK Detailers reserves the right to request additional information or evidence to confirm the authenticity of the business if necessary.
3. Certification Badge:
   • Upon successful verification, the detailer will receive the “UK Detailers Certified” badge, which will be displayed on their UK Detailers profile.
   • The badge indicates that the detailer has been vetted for credibility and professionalism by UK Detailers.
4. Benefits of Certification:
   • Certified detailers will be given more visibility on the UK Detailers platform, including better placement in search results and the trust of potential customers.
   • The UK Detailers Certified badge will be prominently displayed on the certified detailer’s profile to enhance customer trust.
5. Maintenance of Certification:
   • To maintain certification, the detailer must keep their UK Detailers profile up-to-date and maintain an active listing.
   • UK Detailers may periodically review profiles to ensure they remain in compliance with our standards.
6. Revocation of Certification:
   • UK Detailers reserves the right to revoke the UK Detailers Certified badge if any of the following occurs:
     • The detailer’s Facebook page is found to be misleading or unprofessional.
     • The detailer’s profile on UK Detailers is incomplete or fails to meet the required standards.
     • The detailer’s account is found to be violating any of UK Detailers’ policies or terms of service.
7. No Guarantee of Leads:
   • While certification may increase visibility, UK Detailers does not guarantee a specific number of leads, bookings, or sales.
8. Liability Disclaimer:
   • Customers are advised that UK Detailers is not liable for any damage caused by certified detailers during their services.
   • The “UK Detailers Certified” badge simply indicates that the detailer has been vetted for credibility and professionalism, but it does not guarantee that damage will not occur during their work. Certification reflects a history of good practice and trustworthiness but does not absolve the detailer of responsibility for any damage they may cause.
   • Customers should always review the detailer’s services and reviews carefully before proceeding with any booking.
9. Acceptance:

• By applying for the UK Detailers Certified badge, the detailer agrees to the terms and conditions outlined here.
• Customers using the services of certified detailers acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
